• Shipping Partners: We ship through Wassalha Egypt Post, and Bosta, depending on your location and delivery availability.
• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared and dispatched within 3 hours.
• Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled more than 3 hours after confirmation, or if the customer refuses to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
• Package Inspection: For shipment security and package integrity, our shipping partners do not allow package inspection before receipt.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• How to Contact Us: Send us an email at violaahijab@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Exchange Process: Once the issue is verified, our team will arrange the replacement at our expense.
  * Other Cases: Unfortunately, exchanges and returns are not accepted for any other reasons.
  
  Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards, all sales are final unless an item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
